Shipping Policy

Shipping:
CONTINENTAL U.S.Orders are shipped via UPS, except in certain circumstances. Shipping charges are based on the shipping weights of each item, sorry, NO C.O.D.'s.  We ship to actual street addresses only– NO POST OFFICE BOX OR APO'S. Shipping is charged in advance at time of orderadvance.
 
EXPRESS/OVERNIGHT Due to stock fluctuation and the nature of rush processing we currently do not offer this feature online.  To place a rush order we request you contact an RBs's sales representative by calling 800-426-6607 or 623-298-3380.
 
OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL U.S. orders are shipped UPS Red or Blue based on UPS regulations.  Partial shipping charges are charged at time of order.  Total shipping charges are determined based on actual UPS charges at time of shipping.  The remaining difference (actual shipping minus partial pre-paid amount), plus a $7.00 handling fee will to be charged prior to shipping.  An RB's representative will contact you regarding this at time of shippng, therefore a valid email and/or phone number is required when placing your order.   .  IMPORT TAXES & FEES APPLICABLE TO YOUR LOCALE MAY APPLY AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COSTS AND/OR ARE NOT PAID FOR BY RB'S OBSOLETE AUTOMOTIVE, INC. 
 
FREIGHT All items sent by truck will be shipped freight collect and must be paid for in advance.  This method applies to chassis and some chassis components as well as extremely large orders that must be palletized.
 
Backorders:
We carry a large inventory of items and do our best to keep it complete; however, there are times when we are temporarily out of stock and must backorder certain items. There is no formal notification of backorders. If you do not want backordered items, please notify a sales representative by calling 800-426-6607.  ALL SALES are charged at the POINT OF SALE and backorders are shipped as we receive them. RB's has no control over the time it takes to receive backordered parts from manufacturers.

Shortages:
Shortages must be reported within 5 days after receipt of order. Please have a copy of your invoice ready and call 800-426-6607.

Damaged Items:
Immediately report all damages TO THE CARRIER (UPS, ETC.). The carrier will pick up the damaged carton with the entire contents and file a claim.  When the claim has been filed, please contact us for replacement shipment. Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Return Policy & Refunds:
Merchandise may be returned ONLY with prior consent and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number).  Please contact a Customer Service Representative at 800-426-6607. For proper handling, your RMA must be noted on the outside of the package or it will be returned. We must have a copy of the invoice along with instructions on what to do with the returned parts. Returns received without a copy of the invoice will be subject to a 5% handling fee.  Packages received with no explanation or documentation of any kind for reference of return will be held for 90 days, after which time will become the property of RB's Obsolete Automotive, Inc. and no refund will be given.
 
ALL RETURNED PARTS MUST BE IN THE SAME (SELLABLE) CONDITION AS WHEN THEY WERE SHIPPED.  INSTALLED, DAMAGED, MISUSED OR OTHERWISE ALTERED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN AND WILL BE SENT BACK AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.  Items with damaged or no original packaging are subject to a 10% re-packaging fee. Weatherstrip that has been cut to requested length is NOT returnable. Parts returned AFTER 15 days may be subject to a 15% restock fee. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY KIND AFTER 30 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF PACKAGE. Returned items must be shipped prepaid – WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D.s. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All exchange orders will be charged return shipping fees.
 
CREDITS:  For orders paid with by check, cash or money order a refund check will be issued. For orders paid with by credit/debit card, a credit back to the original card used will be made. Processing of returns can take up to four weeks from receipt of package.  For status on a return contact 800-426-6607 please allow a minimum of two weeks from when return was sent before calling
